Jill Kirshenbaum is a Senior Vice President at Briar Capital Real Estate Fund. Jill is a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in commercial lending, real estate-backed financing, and alternative funding solutions for businesses. Throughout her career, she’s led growth initiatives, advised boards, and mentored emerging leaders—particularly in the commercial and manufacturing and turnaround space.

For the past 15 years, Jill has been asked to speak on many topics, including Impact Networking, DISC, and Strategies for Business, Leadership and more.  In the finance community, Jill is a frequent speaker/participant, moderator on panel discussions or solo presenter.  Jill has lead fireside chats with luminaries such as Suzy Welch and the talented country music stars in Nashville. 

She currently serves as Chair of the SFNET Mentor Group, as well as the Global Board of Trustees for the Turnaround Management Association. Jill is widely known for her strategic thinking, volunteerism, broad financial network, and collaborative spirit—and she’s also a proud executive board member of the Israel Cancer Research Fund.
