LEARNING- IP Law and Turnaround- Join Brian Cheslek, a Partner at Price Heneveld, to discuss the implications of IP Law for your and your turnaround clients. Topics will include:

*How IP is different from other assets in a debtor/creditor relationship.
*How IP is properly valued as collateral and who to call. 
*What issues should banks and other creditors bare in mind when relying on this type of collateral. 
*What happens when a creditor compels the transfer of IP. 
*What happens to abandoned IP. 

NETWORKING: Are you currently working in or looking to join the turnaround field? Do you have a difficult turnaround case and need suggestions/referrals from other industry expects? The last 25 minutes of this event is focused on networking to assist you.
