With 42 years of banking and commercial finance experience, Peggy currently serves as the Chief Credit Officer of Grow Michigan II, LLC, a mezzanine fund provided by the MEDC.

Bill serves as the Managing Director at UM Companies, CEO at MW Advantage and Strategic Partner with the MBDA. He currently sits on the TMA West Michigan Membership Committee and will be heading up the DEI Imitative for the chapter in 2025.
 

Panelist, Lisa Hall- Plunkett Cooney
Lisa is a Partner with Plunkett Cooney. She represents financial institutions and special services in the areas of loan origination, loan workout, loan restructuring, foreclosures, receiverships and other banking-related litigation. In addition, her lending institution experience includes handling Small Business Administration loan documentation and collections.
